THE SPINN STORY
Opening its doors in 2019, The Spinn is the passion project of local boy Adam Thomas and Gatley-born street food chef, Scott Graham. Since their schoolboy days, the pair have always dreamt of embarking on a hospitality venture together, with the simple aim of delivering good quality food & a good night out.
A derelict electrical shop in the Stockport suburb they grew up in provided the perfect opportunity to kickstart their adventure, whilst giving a home to the beloved recipes of Scott’s esteemed street food project – Oh My Glaze.
The Spinn’s street food-inspired menu uses top-quality local produce to serve up simple food done well, topped off with locally brewed beers and classy cocktails. As the weekend evenings roll into the night, The Spinn delivers on its promise of a good night out, with live music, DJs, and a community-spirited vibe.
